WOW is the word that comes to mind to the last six weeks. I don't think I have ever felt so overwhelmed. My house has been struggling to stay healthy with all the little "bugs" that the kids bring home from school. My youngest daughter had surgery which took two weeks to recover from. Recently my oldest daughter came down with strep throat. That's just to name the personal things.
During this last six weeks I have found it rather hard to not feel like I am falling behind. I seem to put things off to the last minute and then struggle to make sure that I get things done. I feel like I don't have enough time in the day to get everything I would like to get done. UGH!!
I have not fallen behind in my work yet but feel like if I don't figure things out soon I could very well have a problem staying above water.
Thanks for reading and now on to work on my papers that have become real sense of stress for me lately!

Kari, oh i so can relate to your story... Don't you think that our children are just walking viruses. If its not a cold its strep and if its not strep it a stomach virus. I had a hard time last week it felt that i was late for everything. But I believe you are doing a great job.. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Kathy. I went and bought a whole bunch of Lysol and Clorox wipes. I am so tired of it. I swear they get sick on purpose just to see how much attention that they can get. LOL! I finally feel like I am caught up. I just have my project for my Anatomy and Physiology to get done and then I am done for the week. I also have to do one more response to peers for both classes but that part is easy. Thanks for responding. It helps knowing that other people know how I feel.
